These are 30% none refundable. If you place an order and change your mind you will only get 70% back as i will have to re advertise them for sale and may have to reduce the price for them to sell if they are a pattern thats not liked. I will also have to do paper work which takes time.

1 microfibre insert 
or 
2 inserts 2 inner layers of microfibre and 2 outer layers of bamboo. one insert is birth to potty size and one is newborn size
